Jana is a very athletic player who is effective under the basket and away from it. She is a good compliment to the team’s scoring “machines” such as Viteckova and Machova. Jana is also an excellent defensive performer. The Prague native was the team’s best rebounder at the EuroBasket Women 2005, grabbing 7.5reb per game, and was second on the side to Kulichova in the FIBA World Championship 2006 at nearly seven per contest.
